Throughout our customer relationship, we continue to monitor and refine search engine rankings.

HUNTAS SOLUTIONS employs the methodologies that you would use for yourself if your organization had the expertise to undertake such an effort. This means we optimize your actual web site - we do not use procedures that are external to your site whose benefits dissipate the moment our contract ends. After we've optimized your site and conducted a complete search engine positioning campaign, your results and traffic can last for an extended period of time.
Our Process

Typical Optimization Campaign Timeline

All search engine optimizations are unique and therefore the timetable will vary depending on the client’s site architecture, finalized scope of the project, and other factors. The initial rollout of new optimized will occur quickly to maximize the effectiveness of the campaign

Search Engine optimization

1. Keyword Analysis: We will complete an in depth analysis of your keywords including competitive analysis.

2. Keyword Selection and Assignment: After we complete the keyword analysis, we will send it to you. You will then be selecting the keywords with our guidance for your “organic” optimization campaign. Keyword analysis and keyword assignment are critical parts of the campaign and can take up to 1 week to complete. Your active participation in the process will help it move along at a faster pace.

3. Assessment of Web Site: HUNTAS SOLUTIONS will make recommendations for changes to your web site (if necessary). These suggestions may include but are not limited to: content changes to improve keyword density, URL structural changes, database integrations changes, etc. The keywords which are ultimately selected may be what necessitate these recommendations.

(Up to 1 weeks for assessment of web site, keyword analysis and keyword assignment)

4. Optimization: If we do not have any changes to recommend on your web site, the next phase of the project is the optimization of your web pages. This may take up to 3 weeks for a Basic optimization and longer if the contract calls for more pages.

5. Upload optimized code and submissions to search engines: Following the optimization of your site, we will either upload the optimized code or send the optimize code back to you for uploading. We recommend that you make a backup of these optimized files so that when you make any changes to the site, you are working on the optimized files. As soon as the optimized files have been uploaded, we will start the submission process. (up to 6 weeks for implementation of optimized code)

6. Search Engine and Directory Submissions: (2 weeks) After optimization is completed HUNTAS SOLUTIONS will submit your site to the search engines and directories, which accept individual page submissions. We do this in a strict sequence.

7. Power Link Popularity (Reciprocal Linking): (6-12 months depending on the total # of links in the final scope) The goal of PLP is to establish or add to your web site’s network of incoming links in order to increase the quality and quantity of traffic directly, build increased brand awareness, AND to improve your web site’s 'link popularity', which is now a key factor in achieving the best possible positioning on the major search engines and directories. We will get you 300 cross-links from various sites.
Maintenance & Reporting:
Depending on the length of the engagement, HUNTAS SOLUTIONS can and will provide ongoing optimization management for 12 months. At the end of the engagement we can mutually agree upon a maintenance plan to include submissions as well as ongoing support and optimization to ensure that your site has the most current optimization techniques implemented on the site, and will not lose rankings achieved.

The ability to determine which keywords people are using when they implement a search enables you to craft your marketing plan to receive increased, yet relevant traffic to your web site. This relevant traffic means better conversions.

HUNTAS SOLUTIONS will provide detailed monthly reports of the rankings. HUNTAS SOLUTIONS can also install tracking program on clients website. This will enable client to check each hits on their website in realtime.
